TRANQUIL SETTING WITH LOVELY VIEWS OVER THE OWNERS SMALL LAKE
The accommodation is a unique, log cabin style property set in very peaceful surroundings overlooking the owners small lake, abounding in natural wildlife, ducks and geese. Meet the two resident ponies in the neighbouring fields which you are free to use for dog walking.
Enjoy the tranquillity of your surroundings and simply relax and enjoy the views, or stroll the nearby lanes and nature reserve. Many local walks from your doorstep, details available in the lodge.An ideal base for touring the whole area, there are some lovely sandy beaches as well as sheltered coves and fishing villages to explore. Attractions to suit most tastes include Lanhydrock House and Gardens, which is within walking distance, Lost Gardens Of Heligan, The Eden Project, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Tate Gallery at St Ives and much more. The area also has a good range of popular pubs and restaurants to enjoy in the evenings.
The accommodation offers ONE bedroom but two choices of sleeping arrangements: upstairs, approached via a permanent wooden ladder is a cabin-style zip-and-link double which can be a twin with reduced headroom, or a sofa bed in the lounge / diner.
Bathroom: situated downstairs with shower over and WC. Lounge / diner: with TV, DVD, Freeview and hi-fi. Kitchen: with cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.
Outside: lovely veranda with seating and BBQ to enjoy the views. Lawn area.
Amenities: parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, electric and electric heating included. Regret no smoking. Dogs welcome.
