This detached barn conversion is located in a quiet countryside location offering peace, tranquillity and lovely views, yet is perfect for exploring the north and south coastlines.
Explore some of the best beaches in the country with a range of long, sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages including Looe, Polperro and Fowey. Rugged Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor are both close by, offering stunning scenery, and are perfect for walkers of all abilities. There is a range of attractions to suit all tastes which include Plymouth, with its Hoe and Barbican, Lydford Gorge, The Eden Project, The Tall Ships at Charlestown, Launceston Steam Railway and much more. In the evenings, relax in the garden or enjoy a meal at a choice of village pubs close by.
The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a high standard and offers THREE bedrooms: located upstairs,1 king-size with TV and 1 single and 1 double downstairs with a door onto a patio area with seating.
Bathroom: located upstairs, shower room with WC. There is restricted headroom in the shower. Downstairs cloakroom with WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: open-plan room with TV, DVD, electric fire and french doors leading to the patio and garden. Dining table and chairs. Kitchen area is modern and well-equipped with cooker, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Utility: with washer / dryer and freezer.
Outside: patio and garden with seating and BBQ.
Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included however, a heating surcharge of £30 per week applies 1 October - 30 April, payable to the owner on arrival. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets.
