An elevated position overlooking the rolling countryside within easy reach of one of the most picturesque Cotswold villages Bourton-on-the-Water. This village is packed with things to see and do to suit all tastes. Enjoy exploring the Motor Museum and take a stroll through the Model Village and for enthusiastic walkers and cyclists there is access to the Winchcombe and Cotswold Way established paths covering this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Further afield are Cheltenham famed for the Gold Cup Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon. The area is also well served by the National Trust with Snowshill Manor Hidcote Gardens Chastleton House and Chedworth Roman Villa. Other attractions include Cotswolds Farm Park Cotswold Wildlife Park Weston Arboretum Blenhiem Palace Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetland Gloucester Waterways Museum and the Cotswold Water Park. Take in the views across the meadows before you leave your walking boots within the solid wooden storm porch. Step inside where you will be pleasantly surprised the lounge area enjoys light from the rear gardens along with a wood burner for chilly autumn evenings. There is a TV with a corner sofa thats perfect for a movie. A set of glazed double doors give access to the kitchen/diner and if left open you create a great space for entertaining. The kitchen area has a contemporary style and is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge dishwasher and washing machine. A large dining table with four chairs takes centre stage finished with an open dresser well stocked with white china and when the day is done climb the stairs where you will find the two bedrooms a king-size with views onto the grounds with an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and completing the accommodation a further king-size with en-suite shower room and WC. Step outside into the enclosed garden the patio area is home to a hot tub that will accommodate four guests perfect for an evening relaxing. There is also a table and chairs and lawn area with fruit tree the perfect setting for al fresco dining and off-road parking for two cars. Need to know: 2 Bedrooms 2 king size. 1 En suite bathroom and 1 en suite shower room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Private hot tub.
