PICTURESQUE THATCHED COTTAGE IN DESIRABLE VILLAGE LOCATION
A picturesque recently built thatched cottage which enjoys an idyllic village location in the heart of this sympathetic new development which was built to reflect the picture postcard village of Bow, a stone's throw from its selection of pubs and shop. Every property enjoys its own space and has been lovingly built to the highest of standards.
A great location to see the whole of this beautiful county, from the rugged Dartmoor that is virtually on your doorstep, the popular tourist destinations of the south coast to the unspoilt villages littered around the North Devon coastline. The picturesque cathedral in the city of Exeter is a short drive and is a must-see when coming to this part of the world, with its cobbled streets, array of architecture from medieval to modern day, all interwoven seamlessly. The city now also boasts an increasing number of boutique style shops, cuisines from around the globe and array of pubs and wine bars. Numerous National Trust properties are all within easy reach of the cottage. Games room: converted from the garage with snooker table, table tennis, darts board and tumble dryer.
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 twin and 1 single on the first floor.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC also on the first floor. Separate downstairs WC.
Lounge: with coal effect oil fired burner, flatscreen TV, DVD, Freeview and hi-fi. Kitchen / diner: finished to remain in keeping with this traditional finish of the property, offering cooker and extractor hood, fridge / freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
Outside: modest enclosed garden reached via the dining room offering garden furniture and gas BBQ.
Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car and further roadside parking available. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking or pets within the property.
