This charming semi-detached cottage dates back to 1799 and sits within the heart of the much sought after village of Brinscall, only a short stroll from the village shops and pubs.
Brinscall nestles at the foot of the West Pennine Moors with miles of uplands, wooded valleys, country walks and moorland fells to discover on foot or by bike and can be enjoyed straight from your doorstep. Within easy reach of the cosmopolitan cities of Manchester and Liverpool which are rich in culture with their vibrant shopping districts, restaurants and café culture. Situated between the Peak District, Yorkshire Dales and The Lake District, which are all easily reached with the extensive motorway network, allow these jewels of the English countryside to be must visits during your stay. Lancashire’s iconic seaside town of Blackpool, with its miles of sandy beach, amusements and pleasure beach with rides to suit all the family, is one of the many attractions that will tempt you during your visit.
This delightful accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 master double benefitting from Juliet balcony and views over the countryside, and 2 single bedrooms.
Bathroom: on the first floor, bath with shower over and WC.
Lounge: with woodburner, flatscreen TV, DVD, Sky Family, PlayStation 2, Nintendo Wii and games. Kitchen / diner: well-equipped with double oven and hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and Belfast sink. Conservatory / snug: with further seating and flatscreen TV with Freeview, well concealed washing machine and dryer and patio doors out to the garden.
Outside: patio area with garden furniture and lawn. Decked area situated next to the well-stocked pond (children to take care) where guests are welcome to fish (guests must have their own fishing licence).
