This property is situated close to the centre of the Brixham a pretty harbour town which is located on the western edge of Torbay in South Devon. The town itself has a range of interesting shops and a number of well-regarded restaurants many of which specialise in serving the local seafood. Some visitors on the other hand like to take the opportunity to catch their own supper and join one of the accompanied fishing cruises that leave from the towns harbour or alternatively take a leisurely trip on one of the pleasure boats that run around the bay. Days at the beach are easy to enjoy here as there are several beaches within easy reach of the property including the towns main Breakwater beach. This pretty cottage makes a lovely place to stay and guests will love the attractive tastefully styling which shows the thought that has been put into creating a restful holiday home. On entering the property guests come first to the welcoming lounge with is comfortable seating TV DVD Netfix and artfully exposed stone wall. A winding staircase leads to the lower-ground floor where the kitchen/diner is situated offering a fantastic selection of equipment including an oven hob microwave washing machine dishwasher fridge/freezer and separate wine fridge. The dining table comfortably seats four and sits next to the stable door which opens onto the propertys outside space. (Please note that the kitchen has a low ceiling and some reduced head-height). Returning to the ground floor the stairs continue on to the first-floor accommodation where guests will find the master bedroom with its double bed TV and fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom a twin room is located on the second floor as is the bathroom which has a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside to the rear of the property there is a small patio area surrounded by plants and greenery giving it a private secluded feel. There is a parking permit for one car in a nearby Church car park close to the property. Need to know: Two bedrooms. 1 double with a TV. 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC. TV , DVD and Netflix in the lounge. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, slimline dishwasher, and washing machine. Due to the steep and winding staircase, unsuitable for under 5s and people with less mobility. . Electric and heating included. Bed linen included. Wi Fi included. Towels included. 1 dog welcome. Parking permit for nearby Church car park provided (There are restrictions with the parking permit on Sundays). Seafront, pub, and shops all within walking distance. Arrival 4.30pm. Brixham is busy fishing village situated on a very steep hill, so access to some parts of the village can be challenging.. Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.. There are many small winding streets that are not suitable for cars..
