Buckinghams Leary Farm Cottage is a traditional farm cottage, attached to the owners` thatched Devon farmhouse, on a working dairy farm in Filleigh near South Molton and can sleep eight people. There`s a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom, a second floor family room with a double bed and two single beds. A separate first floor basin and WC, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture, barbecue and two swings. Buckinghams Leary Farm Cottage is a wonderful base for your holiday.

The small village of Filleigh is set in North Devon, near South Molton. The Castle Hill Estate, a Grade I listed park and gardens which are occasionally open to the public, owns much of the land that surrounds Filleigh. Set just on the edge of Exmoor, this is an ideal base for those looking for picturesque walks in this beautiful area.
