STYLISH COTTAGE CLOSE TO VILLAGE PUB
This detached spacious cottage, a former coach house built in the 1900’s, stands in the grounds of the neighbouring former parsonage.
Buckland Brewer provides a peaceful retreat after a busy day exploring the area. The traditional village has a well known pub which serves excellent meals and is only a short walk, there is also a playing field with play ground. The coast is never far away with superb surfing beaches and a golf course at Westward Ho! and Bude is a short drive. Pretty villages such as Clovelly and Bucks Mills are also worth a visit. Walkers have an abundance of public footpaths to choose from together with the Tarka Trail (former railway line) which provides traffic free cycling. Attractions include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, The Gnome Reserve, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, Dartington Cyrstal, Southdown adventure and many more.
The cottage offers split level accommodation and has TWO bedrooms: both with TV's, 1 king-size with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 twin with en-suite shower over bath and WC. Separate downstairs WC off the entrance hall.
Lounge: down a few steps from the hallway, large with stone fireplace and woodburner effect electric fire, TV with BT Sport, DVD and hi-fi. Sun room with seating looking out onto the garden. Kitchen / diner: large with dishwasher, Rangemaster electric cooker and gas hob, fridge, microwave and CD player / radio. Utility room: off the kitchen up a few steps with washer / dryer, sink unit and freezer.
Outside: enclosed garden with pation area, seating and BBQ.
Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Wi-fi available. Regret no smoking in the property. 1 dog welcome.
