Pretty annexe to a traditional terraced cottage set within a superb position, a minute’s walk away from the breath-taking breakwater, beach and canal. The owner resides in the main house but your privacy and seclusion is very much assured.
A short stroll will bring you into the centre of this friendly town with its variety of shops, pubs, cafés and restaurants and much more. The town is strategically placed, so visitors will have every opportunity to explore the wonderful coastline surrounding the area. A few miles to the north will bring you into Devon, where the village of Clovelly can be found with its steep cobbled streets. Travel slightly further and you can enjoy days out in Bideford, Croyde and Woolacombe. Alternatively, head south and you will find Boscastle with its spectacularly high cliffs or Tintagel, rich in legends and history, the much sought after fishing villages of Padstow, Rock, Port Isaac, and Newquay.

The studio-style accommodation offers ONE bedroom: double bedroom with built-in wardrobe space.
Bathroom: with shower over and WC. Lounge / diner: cosy area but nicely light and airy with TV / DVD and fold-away table and chairs. Kitchen area: galley style kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, larder cupboard and washing machine. 1 small well-behaved dog welcome.
