This refurbished modern house is set in the popular seaside town of Bude and is an easy walk to all the amenities on offer, which include shops, restaurants, Splashpool, canal, numerous pubs and sandy beach, perfect for building sandcastles and surfing. North Cornwall itself offers some of the best scenery in Cornwall with its lovely cliff-top walks and quiet sheltered coves to explore. There are also attractions within easy reach to suit all tastes and these include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Launceston Steam Railway, Clovelly with its steep, stepped cobbled streets, to name but a few. In the evenings the town is vibrant and you can enjoy a lovely meal in one of the local pubs, or relax in the enclosed garden with patio and seating whilst enjoying a BBQ.
The spacious accommodation is furnished and equipped to a good standard and offers FOUR bedrooms: upstairs offers 1 king-size and TV and 1 twin with small TV / DVD and 1 further twin. Downstairs has 1 further double.
