Keen golfers will be pleased to note there are a variety of excellent courses nearby at High Bullen, Libbatton and Chulmleigh. Keen anglers are also well catered for with Stafford Moor Fishery at Dolton a few miles away. At the end of your day you will relish the thought of returning to the barn where you can get cosy in the lounge in front of the woodburner or sit out on the patio and watch the sun setting over this beautiful part of the countryside. Lounge: with woodburner, comfy sofas TV / DVD, hi-fi and pool table. Two sets of double doors lead off the lounge, both having views over the patio and lawn. Kitchen / diner: downstairs entrance through large double doors lead into an open-plan area with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer plus many useful extras.
