Approximately 2 miles from the popular seaside resort of Bude with its sandy beach, shops, pubs, restaurants, Splashpool and sea pool. Two adjoining properties equipped to a good standard, they are situated down a private unmade lane and have far-reaching views over rustic Cornish countryside to the sea beyond.
An ideal base for touring the whole of North Cornwall with attractions to suit all tastes close by including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Clovelly with its steep, stepped cobbled streets to name but a few. The dramatic Atlantic Heritage Coastline is a haven for bird watchers and walkers alike and there are a wealth of popular beaches and sheltered coves ideal for the family. North Cornwall itself is famous for its surfing beaches. In the evenings there are many local family pubs all within a short drive serving good food.
Amenities: bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Broadband available. 1 dog by arrangement.
Additional info: £100 security deposit required payable via cheque to the owner 2 weeks prior to arrival. The full weekly dog charge applies for any short breaks.
Location: beach 2 miles, pub and shop 2 miles. Arrival: 3.30pm.
This well-equipped wing of the main farmhouse enjoys delightful views from many of the rooms and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 with 3' bunk beds.
Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC.
Lounge: with seating, TV, DVD and hi-fi. Dining room: farmhouse style table and seating with woodburner and hi-fi. Kitchen: well-equipped with elec cooker and hob, fridge, small freezer, washer / dryer and microwave.
Outside: lovely patio area immediately in front of the property with views. Also use of a large enclosed 2 acre paddock 100 yards up and across the lane.
