Approximately 2 miles from the popular seaside resort of Bude with its sandy beach, shops, pubs, restaurants, Splashpool and sea pool. Two adjoining properties equipped to a good standard, they are situated down a private unmade lane and have far-reaching views over rustic Cornish countryside to the sea beyond.
An ideal base for touring the whole of North Cornwall with attractions to suit all tastes close by including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Clovelly with its steep, stepped cobbled streets to name but a few. The dramatic Atlantic Heritage Coastline is a haven for bird watchers and walkers alike and there are a wealth of popular beaches and sheltered coves ideal for the family. North Cornwall itself is famous for its surfing beaches. In the evenings there are many local family pubs all within a short drive serving good food.

Partly constructed in the 16th century, this main part of the former farmhouse offers a good standard of accommodation. Retaining much original charm and character with slate and carpeted floors, many of the spacious rooms enjoy good views and are accessed via a stunning feature staircase with galleried landing. Offering FOUR bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower over bath and WC, 1 further double and 2 twins.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC downstairs.
Lounge: two lounges, 1 designed as a reading room with hi-fi and 1 with flatscreen TV, DVD and full Sky package, both have a woodburner (first basket of logs free). Dining room: feature room with woodburner. Kitchen: extremely well-equipped farmhouse style with range cooker, additional electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and breakfast bar area. Utility room: with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge / freezer.
Outside: large patio area with seating and BBQ and large lawn areas ideal for families.
