Tucked behind the sand dunes this stunning seaside home is just a couple of minutes from the vast expanse of soft golden sand at Camber. Once you have finished exploring the dunes and beach and have discovered the selection of water sports available head to medieval Rye for an afternoons exploring. There you will find cobbled streets lined with independent shops selling antiques freshly caught seafood and delicious coffee. On the ground floor the L-shaped open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the hub of the home. This is a fresh and airy space decorated with vintage photos wall-hung sculptures and retro posters. In the kitchen you will find an oven an hob dishwasher fridge/freezer microwave and Nespresso machine. Once meals are prepared they can be enjoyed at the painted table that sits in sunlight next to French windows. The lounge beyond features leather chairs two large sofas and a large south-facing window. A separate snug houses a Smart TV DVD comfortable L-shaped sofa and wooden feature wall perfect for children and teenagers to enjoy a film on Netflix. A king-size bedroom is on this floor with ensuite shower and WC with metro tiles and there is also a separate WC/laundry room that boasts a quirky galvanised metal trough sink thats perfect for rinsing wetsuits and swimwear. Upstairs there are four more bedrooms two super-king-size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request). The remaining two bedrooms are twins. There is a large bathroom with free-standing bath and WC and a separate shower room with a large shower and WC. Outside French doors open out to an peaceful enclosed rear garden with patio furniture picnic bench table and large sandpit with toys. Garden lights and outdoor power allow guests to spend long lazy days and evenings outside. There is private parking for three cars at the side of the property. Need to know: 5 Bedrooms 1 king size, 2 twin, and 2 super king size zip and links (which can be made into a twin on request). 1 Bathroom, 1 shower room 1 en suite shower room and 1 separate WC. Electric oven and hob, microwave and Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Off road parking for 3 cars. Wi Fi available. 2 dogs welcome.
