GAMES BARN AND HOT TUB
With views across the lovely Cornish countryside, this popular detached barn conversion is close to the surfing, sandy beaches of Portreath and Porthtowan.
A stroll along country lanes will take you to the coast path and local tram lines lead to the village across beautiful countryside. A perfect base for touring the whole of Cornwall, there are a wealth of popular attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project, Flambards Theme Park, Newquay Sealife Centre and more. In the evenings visit the many pubs and restaurants close by. Leisure facilities: relax in the private hot tub on the patio overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. Games room: well-equipped with table tennis / darts, body boards, etc.
The accommodation, which is arranged on one floor, offers TWO bedrooms: 1 four-poster double and 1 twin.
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge / kitchen / diner: large open-plan area with TV and DVD. Kitchen area with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Utility room: tumble dryer (for which there is an extra charge) and a chest freezer are located in the external utility.
Outside: suntrap patio with seating, hot tub and fenced garden area with small children's playframe.
Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric and night storage heating included. 1 small well behaved dog welcome. Regret no smoking.
Additional info: first £10 for the hot tub is included £1 coin meter thereafter. Swimming towels are available to hire from the owner. £50 security deposit payable to owner on arrival.
Location: long sandy beach, shops and pub are all at Porthtowan 1.5 miles, restaurant with bar 0.5 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
