The Quantock Hills provide wonderful walking opportunities, from leisurely strolls to more challenging walks, including the Coleridge Way. Exmoor is also a short drive away and boasts some fantastic scenery and hiking terrain. There are also many wonderful places to visit within the area such as Clarks Village, Dunster Castle and the seaside towns of Minehead, Burnham and Brean. Slightly further afield, but still within easy reach, you will find Roman Bath, famed for its spa, architecture and array of shops.
