These two apartments are located within a secure gated community with pleasant shared gardens. Conveniently situated within easy access to the A30 and A38 roads ideal for reaching the market town of St Austell.
The Cornish peninsula is surrounded by sea on three sides and also has a unique countryside with many pretty villages and quaint coves. Par Sands is close by and, for active surfers, Newquay and Fistral beaches are only a 40 minute drive away. There are many attractions in this area including the famous Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the historical village and harbour of Charlestown and the city of Truro each being a short drive away. This is a good area for outdoor pursuits such as walking, fishing, sailing, golf and just discovering the beautiful countryside.
