Perfectly situated you can walk directly from the grounds and explore the countryside and banks of the River Tamar. You will also be close to the coves and fishing villages that hug the south Cornish coast including Polperro and Looe and the sandy beaches of Whitsand Bay and Seaton. Walkers will be in their element exploring the South West Coast Path and scenic Bodmin Moor or exploring the picture postcard villages of Lanreath and Lerryn. Other attractions accessible from here include the historic naval city of Plymouth Pentillie Castle and Gardens Lanhydrock House Sibleyback Lake and Cardinham Woods and slightly further away on the North Coast but still within easy reach are the surfing beaches of Polzeath Padstow and Watergate Bay. Stepping inside this beautifully characterful property you will find all of the accommodation handily arranged on the one ground floor. Venture further in and discover an impressively open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which boasts a vaulted ceiling countryside views Smart TV and patio doors to outside. Here is the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast before heading out or relax in style at the end of the day. The stunning kitchen is also perfectly appointed and equipped with an electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
