The spacious and well-equipped kitchen with its warming Rayburn and central dining table conveniently leads directly from the lounge. The dual aspect windows provide plenty of natural light and offer lovely views of the fields and sea beyond making it a delightful spot for a family meal. Also downstairs is a handy utility room ideal for muddy or sandy footwear and a simple twin bedroom. Heading upstairs you will find two bright and comfortable double bedrooms both with glorious views and a bathroom with a shower over bath hand basin and WC. Outside at the rear of the property there is a lovely lawn that sweeps down towards fields of grazing cows. Wander outside with a drink and take in the beautiful views across farmland to the coast. At the front of the house is a large gravelled driveway with parking for two cars and a small area of lawn edged with mature borders.
