Overlooking the quieter Windrush Lake within the Cotswold Water Park this property is an ideal base for exploring this beautiful region. The park itself has plenty of great leisure facilities and activities to enjoy including tennis a shared games room soft play area childrens playground and fishing. Those wishing to get out on the water can go windsurfing kayaking paddleboarding sailing water skiing and wakeboarding or perhaps visit the nearby spa with its gym sauna and swimming pool. The charming village of South Cerney is within walking distance or take a short drive to the popular market towns of Cirencester and Tetbury. The Corinium Museum the remains of the Roman Amphitheatre is also well worth a visit. A hallway with a separate WC leads into the open-plan ground floor which has a lounge area kitchen and space to dine. The kitchen area is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a table and chairs and a gas BBQ allowing you to dine alfresco and take in the fantastic views over Windrush Lake. Off-road allocated parking is available for two vehicles. On-site you will find a childrens play area tennis court table tennis and theres access to the Cotswold Water Park offering opportunities for water skiing wakeboarding paddle boarding horse riding golfing fishing and paintballing.
