This gated holiday complex offers a selection of well thought out, purpose built, spacious accommodation within these converted former farm buildings located a short stroll from the village amenities.
Situated within the traditional Dorset seaside village of Charmouth, that offers an array of shops and pubs a short walk from your door, ideal for picking up the morning paper and more. Perfectly placed on the Jurassic Coast, that has joined the ranks of the Great Barrier Reef and the Grand Canyon as one of the wonders of the natural world and designated as England's first Natural World Heritage Site. Spanning 95 miles of the Dorset and East Devon coastline and taking in some of the very finest walks and views available. Lyme Regis is a short drive away, which offers an unspoilt seafront with sheltered south-facing beaches and provides a perfect environment in which children can play and adults can relax in the traditional deckchairs that still line the promenade in summer. There are many attractions in the area including the charming resorts of Beer, Branscombe and numerous National Trust properties and gardens to name but a few.
Leisure facilities: guests are invited to enjoy the leisure facilities of the neighbouring holiday park which includes a covered outdoor heated swimming pool and the Char Valley cafe, serving speciality teas and coffees throughout the day. Also available for adults use, at a reduced charge, is the well-equipped Char Valley Health Club with gymnasium, indoor pool, sauna and steam room. The covered outdoor pool is open on 15th - 22nd Feb, 12th - 26th April, 3rd - 5th May, 24th May - 6th Sept and 25th - 31st October 2014. If visiting outside these periods please enquire.
Outside: properties benefit from a private patio area with garden furniture.
Amenities: ample parking available on site. Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available on site, for an additional charge, in the Char Valley cafe. Regret no pets or smoking.

The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 king-size with flatscreen TV with en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath and 2 twin rooms located on the first floor, with a further twin room located on the ground floor (that can be made as a super king-size upon prior request).
Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC located on the first floor, with a further wet room with WC located on the ground floor. Lounge / diner: with flatscreen TV, DVD and Freeview. Kitchen: offers integrated oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washer / dryer.
Additional info: £100 security deposit payable to owner on arrival which will be returned the following week. Short breaks only available during off peak weeks.
