Found in a country village this property sits alongside a lane running directly down to Seatown beach. Less than 1 mile away you can walk cycle or drive down to the beach and leave your car in Seatown car park. Spend lazy afternoons by the shore taking in views of the beautiful Golden Cap. Or don your walking shoes and head up Langdon Hill less than 1 mile away and reward yourselves with jaw-dropping views. Upon your return to your home-from-home sweet and savoury treats can be picked up the village bakery as well as picking up all of your groceries from the village store less than 200 metres from your front door. Within 500 metres you ll find two pubs both serving hot food and refreshing drinks or an award-winning pub is within walking distance in Seatown. Step indoors and into the hallway. From here a door to your left takes you into the lounge/diner while straight ahead along the corridor a step up leads to the downstairs shower room stairs and kitchen. In the split level lounge/diner this spacious room is home to a dining table and ample comfy seating. Dotted with original details the room has a cosy feel and provides plenty of entertainment with a TV a radio and a selection of books. Light up the wood burner to warm up winter nights and gather the family around for a film or game of charades. From the lounge area another door leads you into the kitchen. Up another small step from the kitchen there is a spacious conservatory with another dining area and a stable door leading out to the garden.
