This conveniently situated and stylish property is one of a group of traditional stone barns, set in a quiet spot in the South Hams. An equal distance to Salcombe and Dartmouth and within a short drive of the beautiful beaches at Torcross, Slapton and Blackpool Sands.

Slapton Ley Nature Reserve is within a 5 minute drive and Woodlands Family Theme Park is well worth a visit and together with excellent sailing on the River Dart.
