Dating from the 1600s, this spacious listed house is situated in the historic village of Chudleigh with its wealth of family pubs, quaint gift shops and tea rooms.
You will be perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Devon with South Devon in particular, offering some of the best sandy beaches in the South West. Exeter and Torquay are both only a 15 minute drive with an array of shops, pubs and restaurants. Attractions to suit all tastes include Dartmoor and the River Dart Country Park ideal for walkers. Or for those who are looking for an adventure, why not visit Go Ape Adventure and try your hand at zip wiring or Ashcombe Adventure which offers quad biking and paintball. Kents Caverns and Show Caves, Woodlands, Crealy Adventure Park and Bicton Park are also within a short drive and well worth a visit.
