Nestled into the valley and surrounded by woodland on one side and open hillside on the other there is ample space to roam and explore here. Enjoy walking mountain biking pony trekking or bird watching - all from your doorstep. Nearby you can pan for gold at Dolaucothi gold mines (9 miles) catch your dinner with fishing at the Llyn Brianne Reservoir (12 miles - permit required) or browse the local shops of Cilycwm (1 mile). At the heart of the house an open-plan kitchen/diner makes a wonderfully social space to cook dine and relax with a central dining table seating up to eight. From here enjoy views over the surrounding gardens mountains and woodland. From here a few steps lead down to the lounge area - a striking room with an impressive vaulted ceiling. On cold winter nights fire up the wood burner and turn the room into a cosy haven in which to snuggle - ideal for a family film night in front of a DVD. Also on the ground floor you ll find two bedrooms: one twin and one single. Upstairs curl up on one of the comfortable armchairs on the mezzanine with a balcony overlooking the living space - the perfect spot for devouring a good book. The double bedroom can be found just off the mezzanine and the bathroom is also on this floor. Step outside into the spacious gardens where a 4-acre paddock enclosed by a fence will be a welcome sight for visitors with pets. With no roaming sheep your hound will love sniffing out adventure here. Behind the barn you ll find another more private lawn to enjoy with picnic table and views of the stream woodlands and hills.
