Set in the beautiful grounds of the grand Knockespoch Estate this charming cottage is an ideal bolthole for two. Relax in your own private garden navigate the various trails or find a quiet nook to spot the resident wildlife. Aberdeenshire is famous for its rich history with plenty of castles battlefields and ancient monuments within driving distance such as Huntly Castle 12 miles away. If you prefer a quieter pace of life there are plenty of fishing and golfing opportunities too. Converted from a traditional Victorian dwelling the property is single-level and spacious. Entering the hallway via the sun porch you ll discover a masterpiece of wooden detail complementing a true lodge style. The lounge is a wonderfully cosy room with high vaulted ceilings comfortable sofas and an original stone feature wall.
