Closes Farm Cottage is a charming period cottage situated in the desirable Cotswolds village of Broadway. The house was built in the 18th century from the distinctive golden stone of the Cotswolds and there are beautiful beamed ceilings in every room. The cottage is deceptively spacious with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a downstairs cloakroom, kitchen and large sitting room. Every room is full of character, elegantly decorated and well appointed. The garden is a delightful extra room in the summer for relaxing, dining, playing or making the most of the sunshine in the colder months. It is safely walled and gated for children and dogs and there is garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue. The cottage is a haven of comfort and fine views for a family of six or just for two. There is off street parking for a maximum of two cars.



The position of the property is absolutely perfect for making the most of a holiday in the Cotswolds. Although the cottage is peacefully situated on the Upper High Street, you are only a few minutes walk away from the High Street with its wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants. It also has the best ever playground. Alternatively, you can put on your walking boots and be on the Cotswold Way or exploring the beautiful countryside all around you in a moment.
