This lower floor apartment within the owner's home is situated at the rear of this imposing Victorian house and within easy walking distance of the beach and the many exciting attractions Torquay has to offer.
Visitors are a stroll from the beautiful and hidden village of Cockington with its well known pub and tea rooms. Enjoy a horse and carriage ride around the leafy lanes or stroll through the wooded valley down to the seafront. An array of places to visit for all ages and tastes. Tor Abbey is worth a visit, as is the marina where you can watch the yachts, hop on a river cruise or have a go at river or sea fishing on one of the many boat trips on offer. Visitors can enjoy the sandy beach at Torquay or explore and find one of the many smaller beaches and coves nearby. Play facilities: swing and slide are located on the lawn.
