This magnificent holiday home is located in the picturesque costal village of Colintraive where you can catch the worlds shortest ferry crossing to the magical Isle of Bute. The area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts and the property benefits from its own private mooring ideal for guests wishing to bring their own boat. Walkers of all abilities mountain bikers hikers and fishermen are spoilt for choice with the areas spectacular scenery including nearby mountain ranges lochs rivers and forests to explore or you can just relax and enjoy this glorious Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. On entering this stunning property you will find yourself in the tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished lounge with traditional wood burner SkyTV DVD and a fantastic view. Moving through into the stylish dining room you can enjoy a meal in style. Going into the large social kitchen/diner you will be met with a fantastic view across to the Isle of Bute. You will find the kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Exploring further you will find a beautifully furnished snug with sofa bed. There is also a shower room with WC on the ground floor. Going upstairs to the first floor you will find four spacious and comfy bedrooms. Theres a super-king-size bed (which can be made into a twin on request) a king-size room one twin room (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) and a bunk bedroom all of which offer fantastic views. You will also find a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC as well as a further shower room with WC. Heading outside you can relax in the enclosed garden with seating area. There is also a private beach and private mooring for you to use if necessary. Fishing is offered on the Kyles of Bute. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 1 super king size bed (which can be made into a twin on request), 1 king size, 1 twin (which can be made into a super king size on request) and 1 bunk bedroom. Kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Lounge with wood burner (first basket of logs included) SkyTV / DVD. Snug with sofa bed Dining room with wood burner (first basket of logs included) . Bathroom with shower over bath and WC 2 shower rooms with shower and WC . Enclosed garden with seating area, private beach and mooring. The mooring can hold a boat of 7 tonnes and has good depth. Fishing available on the Kyles of Bute. Bed linen, electric, central heating and Wi Fi available via satellite connection so may be intermittent. 2 dogs welcome. Beach, pub, and convenience shop within walking distance, larger supermarkets approximately 30 minutes drive away; it may be an idea to stock up on the way to the house from the ferry as supermarkets are en route.
