Situated 2 miles from the A30 in the pleasant hamlet of Congdon's Shop on a crossroads, this converted former smithy has been furnished and equipped to a good standard whilst retaining much of its original charm and character including slate floors, exposed beams and stonework.
An ideal location for touring the whole county, there are long sandy surfing beaches and sheltered coves to explore in most directions. You will be spoilt for choice with attractions to suit most tastes which include Launceston Steam Railway, Tintagel with its Arthurian Legends, The Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Bodmin Moor for its lovely walks, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, to name but a few. In the evenings relax on the small patio area or visit one of many local family pubs serving food.
The single storey accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 small double and 1 large zip-and-link double which can be a twin.
