Enjoy some peace and tranquillity at this renovated, detached cottage set in a very quiet spot, with its own large lawn garden. Very well-equipped and furnished and offering an ideal holiday retreat.
Plenty to see and do in the nearby area such as The Big Sheep, The Milky Way, Dartington Crystal, Tamar Otter Park and more. Holsworthy has a weekly cattle and produce market and a variety of shops and pubs, golf course, sports centre and indoor swimming pool with sauna. Just 11 miles to the beach at Bude or just over 1 hour you will find the famous Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and much more. Lovely coast paths for walkers and a short distance from the Tamar Lakes with its wildlife, fishing and sailing. Play facilities: swings, slide, football goal net and various lawn games in the garden.
