This beautiful former dairy is located on the edge of the small hamlet of Coryates and has spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Located a very short drive (4 miles) from the breath taking Abbotsbury Swannery which provides home to 600 mute swans (which you can feed if you attend at feeding time). The Swannery provided inspiration to ballerina Anna Pavlova when she was working on her movements for Swan Lake and parts of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince were also filmed there. To get into this beautiful property walk up a couple of steps and through the porch and you ll find yourself in the wooden floored hall. This leads into the cosy living room with a large stone fireplace held up by the original beams complete with the latest technology and comfortable furnishings that perfectly combine both original and contemporary stylings. French doors then lead into a triple aspect dining room and access to the rear garden of the property two steps down from the living room you will find the kitchen which comes complete with a six-ring hob cooker fridge washing machine microwave freezer dishwasher and radio adjacent to this room also enjoys triple aspect windows that allow plenty of natural light to enter. There is also a utility room a downstairs bathroom and a bedroom complete with en-suite. Moving upstairs there is a further three bedrooms all having the ceiling height reduced due to the eaves of the property. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite and there is a conveniently placed shower room for use by the other guests. The garden to the rear of the property faces south and is home to terraces and an area for a BBQ complete. Elsewhere there is a summer house and herbaceous border the ideal place to relax during the day catch a bit of the sun and enjoy a glass or two. Need to know: 4 bedrooms 3 doubles, 1 twin (1 double can be converted to additional twin). 3 bathroom 1 shower with WC,1 en suite bath, shower, WC; 1 en suite with shower and WC. Oven and hob, cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishwasher and radio. Wood burner (logs/coal included Oct Apr; kindling and firelighters not included). TV/DVD, iPod dock, radio. Limited Wi Fi available (4G generally quite good). Central heating included. There are some internal steps throughout the property and reduced height at eaves in some of the bedrooms. Garden with seating. 1 dog welcome. Ample off road parking for up to 3 cars. Pub and shop 2.5 miles away.
