This delightful, recently completed, barn conversion occupies a hillside setting in the owners' grounds surrounded by beautiful countryside with many footpaths and is situated 1.5 miles from the village of Sidbury.
This is the ideal base for guests looking to explore this part of Devon which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site, spanning 95 miles of the Dorset coastline and taking in some of the very finest walks and views available, is within easy reach. Popular local beaches include Beer, Branscombe and Sidmouth. Exmouth and Lyme Regis are both within 17 miles of the property. There are excellent pubs and restaurants in the area. Local attractions include Crealy, near Exeter, Pecorama, the caves in Beer, Bicton Gardens and the Donkey Sanctuary near Sidmouth.
