Perfectly positioned by the banks of the splendid Loch Long on the beautiful South West Coast of the Rosneath peninsula. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque historic coastal village of Cove with its great local amenities that include a restaurant serving an excellent range of daily meals handy local shop tearooms and sailing club ideal for water sports enthusiasts. There is also a regular passenger ferry from Kilcreggan to Gourock with direct train links to the vibrant city of Glasgow. Visit the beautiful Linn Botanic Gardens situated at the head of Cove bay or enjoy amazing walking and cycling routes with an array of coastal country and forest trails to explore in this area of outstanding natural beauty. Entering this fantastic period property from the enclosed front garden through to the lovely hallway into the light and bright spacious wonderful lounge. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the magnificent sea views over the splendid Loch Long. Enjoy cosy nights in front of the lovely open fire and perhaps watch a great movie on the Smart TV or listen to your music on the Bluetooth soundbar. Continuing back through the hallway you are met with the master bedroom with amazing sea views over Loch Long and a beautiful comfy four-poster king-size bed to enjoy. You are then met with the stylish and spacious bathroom with underfloor heating bath large separate shower and WC. Finally completing the accommodation is the well-equipped kitchen/diner with underfloor heating the perfect place to cook up a storm with electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment coffee machine washing machine and dishwasher and a spacious dining area with ample seating ideal to enjoy family meals together. There is also direct access from the kitchen to the rear shared garden. Venturing outside to the wonderful private fully enclosed front garden with magnificent sea and mountain views to enjoy over Loch Long there is a seating area ideal for al fresco dining and lazy evening star gazing perhaps with a good local ale nice glass of wine or a wee dram. There is also a shared garden to the rear of the property with secure housed bike storage available. There is ample off-road parking available.
