The property is in a small hamlet on a quiet lane 0.5 mile off the main road bordered by the River Spey and the Spey Way Walk. Ideal base for touring walking cycling golf and fishing or simply relaxing in a very peaceful location on the banks of the River Spey. The Speyside Malt Whisky Trail is an ultimate Scotch experience with the Ballindalloch distillery and Visitor Centre on the doorstep. Close to Old Bridge of Avon Ballindalloch and Drumin Castle. Within an hours drive of the Lecht and Cairngorm ski area. 25 miles to Elgin and 50 miles to the Highland Capital Inverness where you will find a wide selection of shops pubs restaurants and leisure facilities.
