Situated in a delightful private location, the apartment is perfect for those wishing to explore this wonderful area of North Devon.
You will be a short drive to Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches which are world famous for their surf as well as being popular with bathers and sandcastle makers. The town of Ilfracombe is a 10 minute drive and offers a range of shops, pubs and traditional quayside with fishing and day trips to Lundy Island available. Walkers will enjoy the National Trust cliff-tops as well as the rugged Valley of the Rocks and Exmoor with its views and varied wildlife. For attractions, there are a range to suit most tastes and these include Watermouth Castle, Once Upon a Time, Exmoor Zoological Gardens, Arlington Court and more. After a busy day, relax in the garden with views over countryside or visit one of many local village inns and restaurants for a good meal.

Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge / diner: 1 deep step down from kitchen with TV, DVD, Freeview and patio doors. Kitchen: with cooker, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and many useful extras. Utility: external, adjoining room with washing machine and freezer.
Outside: enclosed garden with seating.
Amenities: 2 small dogs by arrangement.
