This quirky and attractive property is located just 15 minutes from the beautiful Cardigan Bay which offers a wealth of stunning sandy beaches and is littered with quaint fishing villages and picturesque harbour towns. The lovely towns of Aberaeron and New Quay both offer an array of popular and well regarded restaurants shops and pubs. The whole family can enjoy a host of activities which are available just a short drive from the doorstep including the stunning National Trust property of Llanerchaeron the medieval remains at Strata Florida Abbey Llain activity centre Fantasy Farm Park and Borth Animalarium amongst many others. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). On entering this charming hobbit house which has been converted from a disused farm building you will find yourself in the comfortable and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area. Offering panoramic views across the open valley this delightful studio-style accommodation comprises one main room with everything you may need for a great holiday. You can relax in the cosy lounge area with seating traditional wood burner and TV. The central sleeping area has a double bed and built-in bunk beds which are suitable for two small children. Theres a charming dining area and the kitchen is well-equipped with an electric hob and oven and fridge. You will also find a shower room complete with WC. A utility room shared with the other properties is available on-site. Stepping outside you can relax in the enclosed lawn areas which are shared with the other properties on-site and have seating offering views across the open valley. You are also welcome to enjoy all 65 acres of organic meadows and woodlands. The farm offers a well maintained nature trail that meanders through the 65 acres taking in a variety of breeds of sheep cows pigs and chickens along the way. A small shop is located on-site selling gifts and fresh seasonal produce from the farm. On-site shared utility room available. (Maybe subject to changes in access to shared areas due to social distancing measures). Need to know: Part of a complex of properties set on a working farm . Regret no smoking within the properties. 1 dog welcome, please note that dogs must be kept on leads due to sheep in the adjacent field, however dogs are allowed off leads in the woodland area. Small shop located on site selling gifts and fresh seasonal produce from the farm. There are 2 on site function rooms which can be hired directly with the owner. Beach 9 miles, shops and pubs 4 miles. In line with current Welsh Government restrictions there is a booking system which will be present for the pizza oven a lunch time or evening slot available on a pre booked basis . On site childrens playground and games room will be available and inspected regularly, at guests own risk . Access to shared utility room with cleaning rota in place .
