Set around the former farm yard sympathetically converted from the former farm buildings the properties retain much of the original character and charm. Located only 15 minutes from the beautiful Cardigan Bay with its wealth of stunning sandy beaches and littered with quaint fishing villages and picturesque harbour towns such as Aberaeron and New Quay both offering an array of popular and well regarded restaurants shops and pubs. A host of activities for the whole family are available a short drive from your doorstep including the stunning National Trust property of Llanerchaeron the medieval remains at Strata Florida Abbey Llain activity centre Fantasy Farm Park and Borth Animalarium to name but a few. As you enter the property you will feel right at home the spacious kitchen/diner is the real heart of the home with a well equipped kitchen with an oven hob microwave and fridge/freezer. With a large dining table to enjoy an evening meal along with a handy utility area with washing machine leading on to the ground floor shower room with WC. As you walk through the dining area you will enter the spacious hallway which leads onto the cosy lounge area with added football table for all ages to enjoy. As you head upstairs you will reach the spacious landing which is home to the four bedrooms one king size one double one twin and a single. Also the family bathroom with shower over the bath all areas in the property have been tastefully decorated and have beautiful added finishing touches which add in-sight to the local area and many attractions close by. Outside you can enjoy your own private decking area and relax and unwind in your own private hot tub after a busy day exploring the local area. Leisure facilities: the farm offers a well maintained nature trail that meanders through the 65 acres taking in a variety of breeds of sheep cows pigs and chickens along the way. In line with current Welsh Government restrictions there is a booking system which will be present for the pizza oven a lunch time or evening slot available on a pre booked basis .
