Reached via its own private road located within 65 acres of organic meadows and woodlands that guests are invited explore and enjoy. Set around the former farmyard sympathetically converted from the former farm buildings the properties retain much of the original character and charm. Located only 15 minutes from the beautiful Cardigan Bay with its wealth of stunning sandy beaches and littered with quaint fishing villages and picturesque harbour towns such as Aberaeron and New Quay both offering an array of popular and well-regarded restaurants shops and pubs. A host of activities for the whole family are available a short drive from your doorstep including the stunning National Trust property of Llanerchaeron the medieval remains at Strata Florida Abbey Llain activity centre Fantasy Farm Park and Borth Animalarium to name but a few. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). As you enter the property you will feel right at home the entrance hallway will lead you to the cosy lounge area with original inglenook fireplace Smart TV and wood burner; the perfect place to enjoy cosy evenings. The first of the lounge areas will lead you directly into the kitchen/diner which is the real heart of the home and great social space. The well-equipped kitchen area has a range cooker electric induction hob microwave fridge and freezer. As you head back towards the entrance hallway you will see a second doorway leading to the second lounge area again a great space to relax after a busy day exploring with TV/DVD player. The final rooms you will find downstairs is the spacious double bedroom and family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is also a second shower room with WC on the ground floor. As you head upstairs you will find the triple bedroom double bedroom and single bedroom all of which have been tastefully decorated and provide everything needed for a good night sleep. Outside you will find a private hot tub. On-site small shop with local fresh seasonal produce from the farm and shared utility room.
