Beautifully positioned in a rural location with spectacular views to the Cairngorm Mountain Range. Designed to a high standard. The light and airy interior is very well proportioned with most of the rooms enjoying the wonderful views.
Insh is a small rural village in the Spey Valley boasting magnificent 360 degree views. Walk or cycle from the house into the forest and mountain range to fully appreciate the tranquillity, scenery and wildlife. 5 miles south is Kingussie for shopping, eating out, golf (18-hole hillside course) and riverside walks. 9 miles north is the fabulous mountain resort of Aviemore which has excellent visitor attractions, a wildlife park, the spectacular Cairngorm funicular railway, winter sports and ski-ing. Leisure facilities: enclosed garden with hot tub (must be requested at time of booking and will incur a £50 charge)
The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms all with TV: 2 king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and 1 bedroom with adult size bunk beds. Shower room.
Lounge: large open space with picture window and woodburner, full SkyTV package and DVD player. Kitchen / diner: open-plan with woodburner, top of the range kitchen, electric double oven / hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washer / dryer and dishwasher.
Outside: enclosed garden with patio and hot tub, outdoor sauna, garden furniture and BBQ, perfect for outdoor living at any time of the year.
Amenities: bed linen and towels included. First £20 of electric and initial solid fuel supply included. (Additional solid fuel can be purchased locally.) 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Wi-fi available.
