SUPERBLY POSITIONED TERRACED COTTAGE IN A TRULY PEACEFUL SETTING
Located in East Ruston, this comfortable cottage with stunning views of the lake, which attracts a variety of birds including kingfishers, swans, ducks and geese, is ideal for bird watchers. Children need to be supervised as the lake is 8ft deep.
A pub serving good food is close by. Nearby is 'Weavers Way', 56 miles of national walkway to enjoy the picturesque countryside. Stalham is 2.5 miles for shopping and day boat hire or a little further away is Wroxham. Sandy beaches at Sea Palling or Mundesley are within 3 miles. Leisure facilities: free fishing and a further lake nearby where day permits can be bought.
The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin.
