This pretty cottage is situated at the heart of the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne just across the road from the towns wide shingle beach. The towns restored Victorian pier is just a five-minute walk away with its tea rooms and fish and chip restaurant. Other attractions in the town include an interesting lifeboat museum a seafront fort built during the Napoleonic Wars and a fantastic outdoor sports centre which offers tuition in stand-up paddle boarding windsurfing and even raft making. There is also a good range of both high-street and independent shops in the town as well as a wide choice of pubs restaurants and cafes. Other places of interest within easy reach of the property include the towns of Bexhill and Lewes Herstmonceux Castle Beachy Head and Drusillas Zoo Park.
