Located on the fringes of the Peak District in the outskirts of Penistone the surrounding area is on the doorstep of the beautiful Last of the Summer Wine Holmfirth countryside. The Trans Pennine Trail runs nearby and is perfect for cycling walking and accessible for wheelchairs and pushchairs more strenuous walkers can head out onto the open moorland for something more challenging. Nearby attractions and places to visit include Holmfirth Chatsworth and Harewood House and the popular villages of Bakewell and Buxton. Step into the hallway which leads to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with electric oven and induction hob fridge/freezer washing machine and dishwasher. The dining table is ideal for a getting together and enjoying a meal after a day exploring and is located next to the patio doors leading to the outside seating area. The lounge area has sofas waiting to ease your aches and pains after a days walking a wonderful spot in front of the wood burner cosy up and watch the TV/DVD. There are three bedrooms a king-size with en-suite shower and WC and two further king-size bedrooms. There is also a separate bathroom with bath shower and WC. Outside there is a lawn area to the front of the property and a large lawn to the rear including patio with seating and BBQ. There is ample off-road parking.
