The renovated wing on the working farm is set in a nature conservation area which is in a very quiet spot on a working farm with the moors on 1 side and fields around the others. The area has lots to see and do, from the caves of Cheddar, Somerwest World and Clarks Village, to the excellent sandy beaches at Burnham and Brean.
Farm activities: visitors are welcome to see around the farm and help feed the chickens, collect the eggs, meet the 4 friendly dogs, friendly cat and a pig called 'Pepper' or see the animals in the pets corner. In the Spring you can help with the lambs. Play facilities: for the children, a wendy house, a wooden play fort with climbing frame, swings, slide and lots of small toys.
Outside: a large, shared enclosed garden with patio, BBQ and garden furniture. There is also a selection of bikes to hire.
Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels and electric included. Regret no pets.
Location: beach, swimming pool and golf 9 miles, riding 1.5 miles, shop 1.5 miles, pub 1.5 miles.
