Stroll along the beach and to the harbour in the Sarnau Special Area of Conservation with an abundance of natural habitats and wildlife. Take part in a range of seaside activities including fishing swimming sailing surfing and canoeing or head to the well-known golf course. Hafan Pwllheli Marina hosts boating events and competitions for all. Being on two cycle routes and the Coastal Path it is perfect for walkers and cyclists alike. Visit the Maritime Museum or Lloyd George Museum or explore Criccieth Castle and National Trusts Plas Yn Rhiw. This is an all-year-round destination. This spacious property has been furnished with all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay. The front door opens into the tiled hallway walk down to the spacious kitchen/diner which is equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge dishwasher and a TV. The dining table is perfectly positioned in the kitchen to enjoy a meal with your local produce purchases from your travels in the area. The utility room houses the washing machine and has plenty of space for your sandals walking boots wetsuits and coats with a door to the lovely garden. After dinner head back to the hallway where you will find the comfortable lounge with cosy wood burner effect gas fire leather sofas and TV. Also on this floor you can test your skill at table football before you head upstairs. On the first floor you will find the bathroom with shower over bath and WC perfect to take a leisurely bath or invigorating shower. There are two bedrooms one king-size and one single both designed for a good nights sleep. To the front of the property is a small paved area with railings whilst the rear garden is spacious with trees to enjoy the shade under take the steps to the garden and enjoy a decked dining area a patio and lawn with views over the back paddock with horses and sheep. The enclosed garden (with low boundary to the rear) has table and chairs and a BBQ to enjoy al fresco dining and a bicycle rack to lock your bikes.
