This property offers walkers easy access to the Cumbria Coastal Way and golfers are catered for by the 18-hole course of the Maryport Golf Club which is nestled down the coast between the Solway Firth and the Cumbrian Fells. The unspoilt Solway Coast stretching east of Maryport has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is home to many species of wading birds. The bustling market town of Cockermouth and the Lake District National Park are both within 15 miles. As you enter the house off the hallway you will step into the open-plan lounge/diner this is a great social space perfect to relax and catch up. There is a large dining table that seats the whole party and a TV in the lounge. Off the lounge there is a separate WC and a spacious kitchen which is equipped with a Range electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge freezer and washing machine. Head up the stairs and before the first floor you will come to a split level floor with the bathroom which has a bath separate shower and WC. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms a double and spacious twin and if you head up the second flight of stairs to the second floor you will find a further two bedrooms a small twin bedroom and a spacious king-size bedroom it does have some restricted headspace in places due to the age of the building and the beamed ceiling. There is a small sunny courtyard with a table and chairs that is accessed from the kitchen this is a real suntrap to relax and enjoy a good book. There is private parking for one car on the drive at the front of the house and unrestricted roadside parking (subject to availability). Need to know: 4 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double, and 2 twins. 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, and 1 separate WC. Range electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher. TV in the lounge. Wi Fi included. Travel cot and stair gate available. 2 dogs welcome.
