SITUATED ON THE EDGE OF THE SEASIDE TOWN OF MINEHEAD
Situated conveniently on the approach road to the beautiful seaside town of Minehead, this delightful well-refurbished cottage makes a perfect base for those wishing to tour this beautiful area. Walkers will be spoilt for choice with Exmoor, the Quantock Hills and the South West Coast Path easily accessible.
The seaside town of Minehead is a short walk with its shops, pubs, restaurants, harbour fishing and coastal boat trips. There is a convenience store and takeaways within a few minutes walk from the property. The quaint village of Porlock and the medieval village of Dunster are a short drive, along with all the other picture-postcard villages. You will be within walking distance of The West Somerset Steam Railway and there are many attractions within an easy drive including a golf course and horseriding, Butlins and Hestercombe Gardens to name but a few. It is also ideally situated for exploring North Devon with the well-known towns of Lynton and Lynmouth a 15 mile drive.
The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors and offers FOUR bedrooms: on the second floor is 1 double with TV, en-suite shower room and WC and 1 twin bedroom. The first floor offers 1 double and 1 small single bedroom with 2'6" bed.
Bathroom: large with shower, bath and WC. Separate downstairs WC.
Lounge: on the ground floor with TV, DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen / diner: with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside: enclosed patio area with garden furniture and stand for disposable BBQs.
Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. 1 dog welcome. No smoking inside the property. There are 2 travel cots and 2 highchairs available on request.
