This delightful semi-detached traditional Cornish stone cottage, situated in an area designated as an "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty", is less than a 25 minute walk to Porthcothan Beach and is only a 15 minute drive to Padstow, with its Rick Stein's restaurant, bustling quayside, galleries, restaurants, pubs and shops. Ideal for exploring the whole of Cornwall, with its wealth of popular attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project, numerous National Trust properties and gardens, Newquay Sealife Centre, Tate Gallery at St Ives, Bodmin Moor, Flambards Theme Park, Lands End and much more. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ overlooking the pond or relax in the garden. Also close to St Merryn village centre which boasts "7 bays for 7 days".
The accommodation is accessed via a small feature bridge over an un-fenced pond, furnished to a good standard and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 super king-size double and 2 single rooms.
Bathroom: with shower over bath, vanity washbasin and WC.
Lounge: large with woodburner, SkyTV and DVD. Dining room: with seating for 4. Kitchen: with cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
Outside: garden area with seating, un-fenced pond (please take care with children). A large decking to the rear of the property.
Amenities: ample off-road parking on driveway and grassed area. Bed linen and central heating included. Electric to be paid by key meter. 2 dogs welcome more by arrangement.
