Fairwater Mill Cottage is a detached barn conversion set over the ground and lower ground floors in the town of Kingsteignton, 1.8 miles from Newton Abbot. The cottage is next to a converted mill and sleeps six people in three bedrooms. These include a ground floor single with a 2`6" pull out stacker bed, and a lower ground floor double and twin room. There is also a bathroom on this floor. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room on the ground floor. Outside is a patio garden and roadside parking. Newton Abbot is situated in the heart of The English Riviera, with its mild climate, thriving palm trees and fabulous beach life. The ancient market town now offers plenty of modern shops and the famous Hedgehog Hospital, where visitors are encouraged to feed and hold the animals.
