Out and about there is much to see and do with many good surfing beaches and secluded coves and local adventure parks. Ideally located on the north coast with easy access to the many harbours and villages that hug the Cornish and Devon cliffs. Attractions in the area include many National Trust properties Tintagel castle Splash swimming pool golf and for the young Cornwalls Crealy and the Milky Way adventure parks. When it comes to enjoying a coastal lifestyle this spacious detached property truly delivers. From the main entrance a central hallway leads to an impressive lounge/kitchen/diner with doors to the garden area and all the conveniences for a perfect family meal. Gather in the lounge area for that pre-meal chitchat or relax and chat about the days adventures. To complete the feel of this home the separate shower room is located on the first floor with large shower and WC. Outside a generous garden with patio furniture BBQ and a gated access that is fully enclosed and provides extra off-road parking for two vehicles. To the front of the property there is also off-road parking for two cars.
